2009 - November - Exhibit of Dione in the antique store of Jean-Claude

Jacquemart, rue Darwin (Place Brugmann) in Ixelles.

 

2009 - September - Takes part in the Plastic Arts prize attributed by the

Fine Arts Class, in the section: imprinted images with the presentation of

abstract compositions into aluminum thanks to the new technology of a chemical process which imprints into the anodic layer of metal (mat or poly-mirror).

 

2009 - September - Winner of the contest VITRA with  "OURANOS en Hommage à

la chaise Pantone" (Ouranos, an homage to the Pantone Chair)

 

2009 - June - Takes part in the contest Weekend photo award#2 : Urban dream

with a duo from the series "Abstraction of places"

2009 - May. One month spent in New Haven, CT. Pictures of interior

architecture 'A House in the Woods'. This series pictures the house of American architect John Dinkeloo, in Hamden, CT. Study of the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Study of the architecture of Case Study Houses.

Deposit of two works, imprints on aluminum (size 60/60cm), one in New

York City and one in New Haven.

2009 – March – project of an aluminum wall (520/360cm) for a duplex apartment at the top of a tower in Eindhoven (the Netherlands)

2009 - February. One month spent in New Haven, CT, at Yale University. Work

conducted at the Digital Media Center for the Arts (DMCA) and New York

City for my project 'Abstraction of Places'. Exhibit 'Jasper Johns Targets' in echo to my study of the painter.

4 one-month trips to the USA over the course of 3 years, between 2006

and 2009. First inspiration for my photographic work called "Vanishing Point" ("Point de fuite"). First inspiration for my work "Short stories for long hallways"("Histoires courtes pour longs couloirs").
